The unit was impeccably clean and compact.
No complaints, the venue met my needs, would recommend it. This hotel was handy base for exploring Madrid, enjoyed it. The staff was caring, as well as owner. The venue was in a very central location in the centre.

All the staff we met were very friendly and caring. The double room was spotless with splendid bed. The location was absolutely perfect to all atractions that are in the center and the atmosphere was cosy.

Had a fairly nice 4 nights here. Really enjoyed the way our king room was. Coffee/tea making machines and a fridge were a nice touch. the location was marvelous, so close to museums, restaurants, shops, as well as Gran Via and easily accessible.

quiet and bright room with soap, the bathroom, for example, the staff was amicable, whenever i needed help. it was very handy to have coffee/tea making machines and a fridge. as for me, the location was marvellous, adjacent to puerta del sol, madrid and metro stations.

The staff was friendly and helpful. the room was quiet and equipped with a hairdryer and sockets near the beds and bathroom. Good value at £46, with coffee/tea making facilities and a fridge provided. Great location, close to everything, with a cozy atmosphere.

Great managers & staff, offered pastry & coffee in lobby, clean & well-equipped room with small fridge, good water pressure in shower, secure with multiple locked doors. Close to popular attractions. Helpful staff recommended affordable restaurants & planned trips. Central location, no need for car.

Perfect base for exploring the lively neighborhood with its tapas and nightlife. Close to art and parks. Famous writers supposedly stayed here, which is cool I guess. The room had AC, TV, and Wi-Fi.

The bed was extremely comfortable, perfect for tall individuals like myself. the rooms were well-insulated and quiet. the cleanliness of the room was outstanding, with daily towel changes and ample hangers in the cupboard. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to store our luggage after checkout. the location was ideal, with all major attractions within walking distance.
